His early career also includes extensive experience in financial services with Merrill Lynch, where he developed a strong foundation in client relationships, sales, and business development.

He is particularly passionate about building businesses, developing people, and connecting innovative solutions with the markets and customers they are designed to serve. Outside of work, Brian is a husband and father of two children. He coaches flag football, tackle football, and basketball. And although he doesn’t have much spare time, he does enjoy the beach, golfing, and playing tennis.
